Retire or Activate Application Records

 You must be logged in as an Administrator to take this action.

1. On the main toolbar, click Deployment Manager.

2. On the Tools menu, click Knowledge, and then click Application Manager.
   The Application Manager appears.

3. To ensure that retired records appear, select View, and then click Show Retired.

4. Select the record with the status you want to change.

5. On the Edit menu, click Retire or Activate.
