Export Knowledge Base Module Information to a File

To export object information of a module:

1. Close any windows you have open in the Client Console.

2. On the Tools menu, click Knowledge, and then click Knowledge Base Manager.
   The Knowledge Base Manager appears.

3. In the Knowledge Base Modules grid, select the Action check box of the module you want to export.

4. Right-click the module, click Export to file, and then click one of the following:

   1. Primary Objects in Module

   2. Dependent Objects in Module

   3. Primary and Dependent Objects in Module

5. Select the location where you want to save the file, and then click Save. This action exports the information to a Comma Separated Value file (.csv).
