Edit Case Names, Priorities, Due Dates, and Summaries



Only case owners can edit these properties.

To edit case properties:

  1. Either on the left side of the dashboard layout, click the Current Case tab or on the navigation bar, click Threat Center, and then click Cases

  2. Locate the case card for the case that you want to edit and click to select it. 
    A blue border appears around the selected case card’s border.

  3. On the upper-right side of the page, click the Inspector tab. 
    The Inspector panel opens. Editable case properties in the panel include the following:NamePriorityDue DateEntitySummary

  4. Edit the case properties as needed, and then click Save.
