Search for Common Events

You must be logged in as an Administrator to take this action.

1. On the main toolbar, click Deployment Manager.

2. On the Tools menu, click Knowledge, and then click Common Event Manager.
   The Common Event Manager appears.

3. In the Text Filter box, type your search terms.

4. Select Keyword or Regex in the Text Search Type section.

   • Keyword searches for exact matches, including spaces and special characters, in the search string.

   • Regex enables the use of regular expressions in the search.

5. Click Apply.
   The search results appear in the Common Event section.
