Enable the Unidirectional Feature on the Data Processor

Only Global Admins and Restricted Admins with elevated View and Manage privileges can take this action.

1. On the main toolbar, click Deployment Manager.

2. Click the System Monitors tab.

3. Right-click an agent, and then click Properties.

4. In the lower left corner of the window, click Advanced.

5. In the Group field, search for the UnidirectionalAgentEnabled property and check the Value field for it.

6. Click OK.

7. At the Agent Properties screen, click the Data Processors Settings tab.

8. Note which Data Processor is selected in the Data Processors to Use section.

9. To close the system Monitor Agent Properties Window, click OK.
