Resource Center

The Axon Resource Center can be accessed from anywhere in the software by clicking the bullhorn icon at the top-right of the screen. The information provided in the Resource Center is a great way to stay up-to-date on the latest Axon news, releases, features, and maintenance periods.

If the Resource Center bullhorn icon does not appear, you may need to disable any adblockers and/or whitelist the “pendo.io” domain.

Resource Center Sections

The following six sections are available in the Resource Center. Clicking any of the section titles will expand the content for that section. You can return to the main Resource Center menu from within a section at any time by clicking the back arrow at the top-left of the Resource Center.

Section	Description
Announcements	This section allows you to stay up-to-date with new content and Axon updates. Axon generally provides rolling updates every two weeks, so this section will constantly be updated with the newest Axon features and product news.
Community Home	Click to open the LogRhythm Community homepage. The Community is a great place to access knowledge articles, product downloads, and to read helpful forum posts from LogRhythm employees and users.
Onboarding	Click to access numerous interactive guides to help new users grow accustomed to Axon. You can use these guides to take a tour of the Axon interface, gain insight on some of the options available to Axon administrators, and learn how to use features such as Policy Builder and Collectors through video demos.
Documentation	Opens the Axon Documentation homepage, the hub for all technical articles about the Axon software.
System Status	Opens the Axon Status Page, the public site that allows users to obtain information regarding Axon maintenance periods and any current issues. For more information on this page, including how to subscribe to Axon maintenance updates, see Axon Status Page.
Submit a Parsing Request	This section allows you to submit a request to the Axon development team for new log sources, or to make updates to existing log sources. To submit a request, select one of the options below and follow the associated steps.
	New Source	To submit a request for a new log source to be supported by Axon, select the New Source bubble, and then fill in the following information in the relevant fields: Enter the name of the log source you would like to be supported by Axon. Include one or more sample log messages generated by the log source. Enter your name. Enter your email address. When finished, click Submit.
	Update an Existing Source	To request that an existing LogRhythm log source receive an update, select the Update an Existing Source bubble, and then fill in the following information in the relevant fields: Check each box to determine what types of changes are needed for the log source. Optionally, check the Other box and insert your own description for what needs to be updated. Enter the name of the log source you would like to be updated. Include one or more sample log messages generated by the log source. Enter your name. Enter your email address. When finished, click Submit.
