Configure the Amazon S3 Collector in Axon
The next step after successfully Configuring Amazon AWS is to add the collector type to Axon.
Supported formats for response splits are: TXT, LOGS, JSON, JSONL, and QZ.
Add an Amazon S3 Collector
Only Administrators can take this action.
- In the lower-left corner of the main screen, click the Administration cog.
The Administration menu appears on the left side. - Under Integrations, click Collectors.
The Collectors page appears. - In the upper-right corner, click + Add Collector.
The Add Collector Wizard appears. - Select Amazon S3 from the list of collector types.
A list of Log Source Types associated with the Amazon S3 collector appears on the right. - Click Configure.
Enter the following information on the configuration page.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.Option Description Collector Name * Enter a unique name for this collector. Description Enter an optional detailed description for this collector. Access Key ID * Enter the Access Key ID obtained during the steps outlined in Configure Amazon AWS. Secret Access Key * Enter the Secret Access Key obtained during the steps outlined in Configure Amazon AWS. SQS Queue URL * Enter the SQS Queue URL obtained during the steps outlined in Configure Amazon AWS. AWS Region * Enter the AWS Region (for example, us-east-1) used during the steps outlined in Configure Amazon AWS.
Split parameter Enter a split parameter to determine the property within the response body that contains the records.
- Click Connect to test the collector's connection.
If the connection is successful, the Amazon S3 collector is added to the list of collectors in Axon.
