Scalability Testing for the AWS S3 Beat

Scalability testing for the AWS S3 Beat is performed to allow Open Collector to scale vertically or horizontally for required machine configurations and log specifications in order to support customers using the beat who have large AWS environments. This scaling is set up when a particular log instance isn't performing at the desired messages per second (MPS).
