Offline Installation of the Okta Beat

This document outlines the procedure for installing the Okta Beat offline, without connecting to the Google Container Registry (GCR) or GitHub. This requires certain ports to be opened for Open Collector to work properly. For more information on the ports that need to be opened, see Install CentOS 7.6 Minimal.

Mosaic macros cannot be exported to this format.
