Offline Installation of the AWS S3Beat

This document outlines the procedure for installing the AWS S3 Beat offline, without connecting to the Google Container Registry (GCR) or GitHub. This requires certain ports to be opened for Open Collector to work properly. For more information on the ports that need to be opened, see .Install CentOS 7.6 Minimal v2021.02.
