Reset Your Authentication Token.

After completing the upgrade, take the following steps to properly reset your authentication token. If you do not clear your browser cache, you could experience interface irregularities or unexpected logouts:

  1. Log out of NetMon.

  2. Completely clear your browser cache.

  3. Close your browser.

  4. Open a new browser.

  5. Log in to NetMon.
