As an administrator, you can reset a user's NetMon password to "changeme" and force that user to change their password on their next login.
To reset a user's password:
Open the NetMon Web Management interface.
On the top navigation bar, click Configuration, and then click the Manage Users tab.
From the grid, locate the user you want to edit, and then click the Reset Password icon in that user's Actions column. You need to confirm your choice.
The default admin user's password cannot be reset from the Manage Users tab. To change the default admin user's password, sign in to NetMon as the admin user, click Configuration on the top navigation bar, and then click the User tab.
