As an administrator, you can reset a user's NetMon password to randomly-generated temporary password and force that user to change their password on their next login.
To reset a user's password:

Open the NetMon Web Management interface.

On the top navigation bar, click Configuration, and then click the Manage Users tab.

From the grid, locate the user you want to edit, and then click the Reset Password.
The reset password pop-up appears. -
Click Reset Password to confirm the change.
The Password Reset Successful pop-up appears. -
Click the Copy button to copy the temporary password for the user.
Once you click Close, the temporary password cannot be accessed again. Be sure to copy the password to a secure location before closing the pop-up.

The default admin user's password cannot be reset from the Manage Users tab. To change the default admin user's password, sign in to NetMon as the admin user, click Configuration on the top navigation bar, and then click the User tab.
