Close a Case

  1. Log in to the LogRhythm NDR UI.
  2. Click the System tab. In the drop-down menu, click Cases.
    The Cases page appears.
  3. In the Cases page, select the case you want to close.
    The Details page for that case appears.
  4. Click the Action tab and select Close Case in the drop-down menu.
  5. Select the reason for closing the case and click Reason.
    A drop-down menu appears showing levels of risk. 
  6. Select the appropriate level of risk and click Submit.
    The case status is now changed to CaseClosed.
  7. Click the System tab and select Cases.
    In the Cases table, the Admin State for the case is now CaseClosed.
