- Log in to the LogRhythm NDR UI.
- Click the System tab. In the drop-down menu, click Cases.
The Cases page appears.
- In the Cases page, select the case you want to close.
The Details page for that case appears.
- Click the Action tab and select Close Case in the drop-down menu.
- Select the reason for closing the case and click Reason.
A drop-down menu appears showing levels of risk.
- Select the appropriate level of risk and click Submit.
The case status is now changed to CaseClosed.
- Click the System tab and select Cases.
In the Cases table, the Admin State for the case is now CaseClosed.
