Warning Banner on Login Page (US9518)

In accordance with the US9518 requirement, the Web Console displays a warning message banner on the login page. The default warning message is an empty string and the banner will only display once a configured value is present. Customers can replace it with a message of their choosing through the LogRhythm Configuration Manager under the “Web Console UI” section.
