To work with TrueIdentities:
On the top navigation bar, click the Administration icon, and select TrueIdentity.
Click a TrueIdentity display name in the grid.
To add additional identifiers to an existing TrueIdentity:
- Click Add Identifier.
- Type the identifier in the field provided and then select Login or Email from the list, as necessary.
Enable or Disable Identifiers
To enable or disable individual identifiers from a TrueIdentity, click the Actions icon next to the identifier, and then click Enable or Disable.
Disabled identifiers are no longer used when processing logs, but are still referenceable by previously-processed logs.
