View Package and Reports Details in the Inspector

In addition to navigating the Reports grids with your mouse, you can use the up and down arrow keys to scroll through the grid and the right and left arrow keys to expand and collapse the report packages.

On the top navigation bar, click Reports.

• To view report package details:
  1. In the Reports grid, click to select the report package that you want to view. 
     The selected row’s background color turns blue.
  2. On the upper-right side of the Reports page, click the Inspector tab. 
     The Inspector panel opens and displays the following report package information:
     • Column ID
     • Name
     • Job Id
     • Generated Date
     • Expiration Date
     • Period
     • Entity Restrictions
     • Report Count
     • Description
• To view individual report details:
  1. In the Reports grid, click the Plus icon to expand the package containing the report that you want to view.
  2. Click to select the report. 
     The selected row’s background color turns blue.
  3. On the upper-right side of the Reports page, click the Inspector tab. 
     The Inspector panel opens and displays the following report information:
     • Column ID
     • Name
     • Generated Date
     • Expiration Date
     • Period
     • Entity Restrictions
     • Description
     • Criteria
