Only case owners can edit these properties.
To edit case properties:
- Either on the left side of the dashboard layout, click the Current Case tab or on the navigation bar, click Cases.
- Locate the case card for the case that you want to edit and click to select it.
A blue border appears around the selected case card’s border.
- On the upper-right side of the page, click the Inspector tab.
The Inspector panel opens. Editable case properties in the panel include the following:
- Due Date
- Edit the case properties as needed, and then click Save.
