Case Tags
Case tags are added to individual cases to help you categorize, organize, and analyze cases. Case tags can be added to individual cases in the Current Case panel or on the Case Details page.
Only Global Admins or Restricted Admins with elevated View and Manage privileges can create tags for the tag library. After a tag is created and stored in the tag library, all case users can see and use the tags, but only for cases in which they are owners or collaborators.
