Work with TrueIdentities

To work with TrueIdentities:

1. On the top navigation bar, click the Administration icon, and select TrueIdentity.

2. Click a TrueIdentity display name in the grid.

Add Identifiers 

To add additional identifiers to an existing TrueIdentity:

1. Click Add Identifier.
2. Type the identifier in the field provided and then select Login or Email from the list, as necessary.

Enable or Disable Identifiers

To enable or disable individual identifiers from a TrueIdentity, click the Actions icon next to the identifier, and then click Enable or Disable.

Disabled identifiers are no longer used when processing logs, but are still referenceable by previously-processed logs.
