- On the Tools menu, click Report, and then click Report Center.
- Click the Reports or Report Packages tab.
- Select the Action check box of the Reports or Report Packages you want to export.
- Right-click anywhere on the grid and click Run.
- If the Selected Report Configuration window appears, configure the settings, and then click OK. For more information on configurations options, see Create Report Packages.
The Report begins to generate, as noted by the progress bar at the bottom of the window. Depending on their complexity and the amount of data to be queried, Reports and Report Packages may take some time to finish generating. Upon completion, the Report Viewer appears.
