Only Global Admins or Restricted Admins with elevated View and Manage privileges can take this action.
- On the main toolbar, click Deployment Manager.
- Click the Log Sources tab.
In the lower grid, double-click the Log Source you want to modify.
The Log Message Source Properties dialog box appears.
- Modify the Log Source.

For advanced properties, click the Advanced button at the lower-left corner of the Message Source Properties window.

PersistentConnection On/Off Off
Specifies using a connection per session versus opening a new connection for each request.
This option is intended for the ODBC and OLEDB connections, specifically Oracle. After it is set to true, only one connection to the DB exists, instead of creating a new connection for each call. This property limits the number of ODBC and OLEDB connections.
When you are finished, click OK to save your changes and close the dialog box.
