Add Playbooks to a Case

To add a Playbook to a case:

1. Do one of the following:
   • Add a Playbook in the Current Case panel:
     1. Open the Current Case panel and select the appropriate case from the Current Case list.
     2. Scroll to the Playbooks section, and then click Add Playbook.
     3. Select a Playbook from the list, and then click Add.
     4. (Optional) To add multiple Playbooks to the Case, click Advanced to open the Advanced Playbook Filter. Filter the Playbook list, and then click the Add to Case button for each Playbook you want to add to the Case. When you are finished, click Done.
   • Add a Playbook on the Cases page:
     1. Scroll through the case cards until you locate the case to which you want to add the Playbook.
     2. Click the case name. 
        The Case Details view opens.
     3. To the right of the Evidence pane, click Add Playbook.
     4. Select a Playbook from the list, and then click Add.
     5. (Optional) To add multiple Playbooks to the Case, click Advanced to open the Advanced Playbook Filter. Filter the Playbook list, and then click the Add to Case button for each Playbook you want to add to the Case. When are you finished, click Done.
