View AI Engine Generated Alarms

  1. On the Tools menu, click Monitor, and then click Alarm Viewer.
    The Alarm Viewer Wizard appears.

  2. Specify the Date Criteria and the Alarm Status Criteria, and then click Next.

  3. Specify Alarm Rule Criteria. To narrow your search, specify Alarm Rule Names that begin AIE.

    Alarms that begin with AI Engine pertain to diagnostics of the AI Engine.

  4. Specify Notification Settings and click Next.

  5. Specify Configuration Settings and click Next.

  6. When you start the wizard, the retrieved alarms appear in the Alarm Viewer.

  7. Double-click a row to access the Investigator or the AI Engine Event Drill Down Manager, depending on the alarm type.
