Reset Expiration Date for List Items

A list can have items with different expiration dates. This happens when items are added to the list at different times.

To reset the expiration date for all list items

  1. On the main toolbar, click List Manager.
  2. Double-click a list that contains items with different expiration dates.
  3. Click the List Items tab.
  4. Click Reset Expiration.
    A warning message appears asking if you want to reset the time for ALL of the list items.

    The Reset Expiration button resets the expiration date for all of the list items. It does not change the expiration date for selected list items.

  5. To clear the warning message, click OK.
  6. Click OK.
