Planned routine maintenance

The LRCloud team is committed to keeping your environment secure and up to date. The team uses maintenance windows every Tuesday and Thursday to potentially perform work on environments.

  • For International customers, the maintenance window is between 8pm and 12am UTC.
  • For US-based customers, the maintenance window is between 12am and 4am UTC.
  • The maintenance window is expected to be less than 4 hours.
  • Not every maintenance window will be utilized.
  • Customers will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if there is a planned maintenance activity.
