Email Notifications from the SIEM

LogRhythm Cloud uses an SMTP service called Sendgrid and pre-configures the SMTP server for all customers. Customers need to ensure that their email information provided is accurate in the person's record and that anyone who wishes to be notified is added to the notification list of the respective alarms or reports. 

Some customers experience problems with email delivery.  Customers should add the 167.89.83.128/25 CIDR block to their mail servers to ensure delivery.
