NetMon is available in two editions: NetMon and NetMon Freemium.

NetMon Freemium is free to download and use, with the following restrictions:

  • Up to 1 GB per second of data processing
  • Up to 1 GB of packet capture storage
  • Maximum size of PCAPs limited to 100 MB
  • Up to three days of indexing for metadata
  • Limited integration with the LogRhythm SIEM

NetMon is the full-functioning product, providing data processing options up to 5000 Mbps. NetMon requires a license file, which is provided by LogRhythm. For more information, see NetMon Licensing.
