Before you can upgrade or replace an existing NetMon license, you need the license file (.lic) that was provided by LogRhythm.

  1. Open the NetMon Web Management interface.
  2. On the top navigation bar, click Configuration, and then click the Upgrade tab.

  3. Either drag your license file into the uploader, or click Upload a license file, browse to your .lic file, and then click Open.

  4. When the license file appears in the Upgrade & License Network Monitor page, click Upload All.
    NetMon uploads and applies the license, and then performs a reboot when it is done. This process takes a few minutes.

    A history of up to 10 of the most recent upgrades is available in the Upgrade History table. You can filter the contents of the table by date or version.
