Users can reset their password in two ways:

  • On the My Account page when logged in
  • Via the Forgot Password link when attempting to log in

Change Password from the My Account Page

To proactively reset your password when you are logged into the system:

  1. In the upper right corner, click the User Menu icon.
  2. Click My Account.
    The My Account page appears.
  3. Click the Password tab.
  4. In the Current Password field, enter your existing password.
  5. In the New Password field, enter your new password.

    If the Administrator has enabled a password policy, you must create a password that meets the requirements listed under Password Requirements. The visual indicator next to each requirement changes from  to when you have met that requirement.

  6. In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the new password. 
  7. Click Reset Password.

Forgot Password

To reset your password if you cannot log in or have forgotten your password:

  1. On the login screen, enter your email address, and then click Next.
    The password entry screen appears.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
    The Forgot your password? screen appears.
  3. Enter your email address, and then click Send Password Reset Email.
    If the email address you entered is associated with a valid user account, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
  4. In the email message you receive, click Reset My Password.
    The Reset your password screen appears.
  5. In the New Password field, enter a password.

  6. In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the password. 
  7. Click Reset Password.
