Change/Forgot Password
Users can reset their password in two ways:
- On the My Account page when logged in
- Via the Forgot Password link when attempting to log in
Change Password from the My Account Page
To proactively reset your password when you are logged into the system:
- In the upper right corner, click the User Menu icon.
- Click My Account.
The My Account page appears. - Click the Password tab.
- In the Current Password field, enter your existing password.
In the New Password field, enter your new password.
If the Administrator has enabled a password policy, you must create a password that meets the requirements listed under Password Requirements. The visual indicator next to each requirement changes from to when you have met that requirement.
- In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the new password.
- Click Reset Password.
Forgot Password
To reset your password if you cannot log in or have forgotten your password:
- On the login screen, enter your email address, and then click Next.
The password entry screen appears. - Click Forgot Password.
The Forgot your password? screen appears. - Enter your email address, and then click Send Password Reset Email.
If the email address you entered is associated with a valid user account, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. - In the email message you receive, click Reset My Password.
The Reset your password screen appears. In the New Password field, enter a password.
If the Administrator has enabled a password policy, you must create a password that meets the requirements listed under Password Requirements. The visual indicator next to each requirement changes from to when you have met that requirement.
- In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the password.
- Click Reset Password.
