Case Created Alerts
Case Created alerts can be used to alert members of your team when an Axon case is created automatically via the “Create Case” option in the Analytics Rule Builder.
To configure a Case Created alert, from the Dashboard:
Click the Administration cog in the lower-left hand corner of the screen.
In the Overview section, click Alert Manager.
The Alert Manager page appears.From the Alerts tab, click Add Alert.
The Alert type drop-down appears.Select Case Created.
The Case Created alert configuration panel appears on the right.Enter a unique Alert Name.
Optionally, enter a Description for the alert.
Click the Select Distribution Profile button.
The Select Distribution Profiles pop-up appears.

Select one or more distribution profiles to associate with the alert.
Click Confirm.
Click Save.
The Case Created alert is created successfully and added to the Alerts tab.
